Perhaps you have heard this sentence before:
“You shouldn’t waste your money on gambling.”
People have a custom of saying this, without thinking much about it. They just assume it. Wasting money is a subjective experience. Some might say one wastes money on buying a new car, when a used one with similar performances would run just as well.
Gamblers who spend money on casino games for fun can’t be considered money wasters. They spend on entertainment, just like anyone would by buying concert tickets or visiting an amusement park. We all have television at home, but some still spend money to go to the theater. As long as one’s gambling habits are healthy and well-managed, we see no money wasted.
