When it comes to beginner friendly card games, few can beat Hi-Lo. Behind the fancy name is an incredibly simple concept; will the next drawn card be higher or lower value than the previous card?

Bets

Bets

Before the round begins, players will be asked to place their bets. You do this by selecting the number of coins you want to wager, and placing it on the table. Once the bet is accepted, the round begins!

Deal the Cards

Deal the Cards

The dealer will place two cards on the table. One card will be face up, meaning you can see its value. The second card is face down, meaning we cannot see it.

You will be prompted to guess whether the facedown card is higher or lower than the previously drawn one. This is determined by comparing their value, meaning a three card is better than a two card. Guessing correctly means you win!

Most Hi-Lo tables count Ace as a low value card. This means it counts as one, rather than an eleven.

Collect or Continue

Collect or Continue

After winning your first wager, you will receive a prompt to collect or continue. If you collect, the money you have earned until that point becomes yours.

Continuing means you stake your entire winnings on the next Hi-Lo round. The following round proceeds following the same rules as outlined in Step 2.
